Be a Good Ancestor

The world must bear witness to the majesty of the diverse cultures of our planet by making a commitment to swift action: Preserving those ancestral arts that are vanishing, and Safeguarding those that are transforming. Should we lose any of these practices, we surely lose part of the soul of our humanity.

Cultural Crossroads Asia has chosen to use its voice to advocate for cultural preservation, to champion ethnic parity through cultural diversity. We hope to create a story of renewal and understanding that will inspire generations to come.

Please join us in our efforts to honor, share, and sustain endangered intangible traditions. Imagine what we can accomplish with your gracious support.  Thank you so for your consideration.

Gratitude

With the launch of Cultural Crossroads Asia, this has been a most fantastical year of new beginnings. Though we at CCA have been designing and building our boat steadily and quietly over years, a number of gracious supporters and philanthropic organizations were able to hear our recent call to join our cause and blow wind in its sails.

This has allowed CCA to move into the bigger world, establishing the Cultural Crossroads Asia Foundation and initiating the first of our Living Legacy Projects: the Akha Oral Tradition School in the mountains of Northern Thailand, where we have recently celebrated our First Anniversary.

To the generous donors noted below, who believe in the value of cultural preservation and have a special affinity for the ancestral traditions of the Golden Triangle, please know how deeply significant is your gift for our initiatives to grow. We are beyond grateful to you for providing us the opportunity to protect those authentic, intangible customs that are so swiftly, silently vanishing.

We at Cultural Crossroads Asia offer you our deepest appreciation and warmest wishes.
